Warrnty and return about your orders

As a direct camping range supplier Protune keep workig to satisfied their customers with excellent purchase experiances ,and provide after-sale services to support our distributor & retailers, to ensure you receive prompt, efficient response to  any enquiries you may have.

Specific information guide to our warranties:

  • ●  All products are warranted for personal,and commercial use .
  • ●  All The Vedanta International products are warranted against manufacturing defects only.
  • ●  Warranty is available to the original purchaser if during this time period the product fails due to a fault in either materials  or workmanship.
  • ●  Service under this warranty is available by returning the product, with your purchase order within a year validity period.
  • ●  If after inspection it is determined that the product is defective, we will repair or replace it  free of charge.
  • ●  The warranty does not cover misuse or damage caused by accident, storm or wind damage, mildew, neglect, UV degradation and fair wear and tear,and any other artificial damages.
  • ●  Please note the warranty will be deemed void if the product is used for other than what the product was designed for.
  • ●  If the claim is not deemed as a warranty or is outside its warranty period, we can repair the product at a nominal cost.
  • ●  If you receive goods that are damaged by the shipping carrier, you will submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly

Product Returns

Return of any products is not permitted without prior approval and should be mailed within 07 days of receipt of products. Only imperfect or misshaped products will be replaced. There will be a 40% restocking fee for any product returned that is not defective or not misshaped. Also, Returns must be shipped prepaid freight. Whereas, the shipping fees are non-refundable.All warranties, actual or implied, are the sole responsibilities of the manufacturer and should be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair after coordinating with Protune Outdoor.Custom orders, and items that have been torn, used, dirty, altered, damaged, or modified by the customer will NOT be accepted for any kind of refund or replacement.
