Ordering Plance policy
As a direct camping products supplier, protune outdoor normally take full responsible for it's selled products Unless it's not caused by Protune Outdoor .
Before the ordering ,Protune will sending unit price offering to each items with descriptions and delivery dates to starting your orders. And we will accept order cancelling within 7 days after the singned order if we not starting your bulk products .
Otherwise the customer will bear full responsibility for the expenses already incurred .
Payment Policy

Order Cancellations Policy
Cancellations of any merchandise will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation of any merchandise that has already been shipped will be treated as a return. Procedures for Returns are summarized above.
In case of any Loss or Damage:
Please check the items received instantly upon receipt. You will file a claim with the shipping company for lost or damaged merchandise if necessary .
